The Clearfront HR Platform is hosted on servers in the United States. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By providing us with any information, you consent to its transfer and storage in the United States.

2. Children Under the Age of 13

The Clearfront HR Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on the Clearfront HR Platform. Clearfront HR does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Clearfront HR Platform or on or through any of its features/register on the Clearfront HR Platform, make any purchases through the Clearfront HR Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Clearfront HR Platform or provide any information about yourself to Clearfront HR, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If Clearfront HR learns Clearfront HR has collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, Clearfront HR will delete that information. California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of Clearfront HR’s Clearfront HR Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding Clearfront HR’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 9. Data Security

Clearfront HR has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where Clearfront HR has given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Clearfront HR Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. Clearfront HR asks you not to share your password with anyone. Clearfront HR urges you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Clearfront HR Platform. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Clearfront HR Platform.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Clearfront HR cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Clearfront HR Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Clearfront HR is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Clearfront HR Platform.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

It is Clearfront HR’s policy to post any changes to Clearfront HR’s Privacy Policy on this page. If Clearfront HR makes material changes to how Clearfront HR treats users' personal information, Clearfront HR will notify you. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring Clearfront HR has an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the Clearfront HR Platform and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
